A regular bloggee has greeted Huttonian's return from the Hebridies with the following comment:
.
Stop slagging off pipers. Someone in Coldstream bothered about nosie on the green needs to get a life. The place is turning into a 'cemetery above ground' as Spike Milligan described Bexhill.
2. Flodden. Calm down now. I've warned you before not to take the Flodden Posse seriously. They want to be taken seriously. Sensible people laugh, play golf, cycle or stay home and fool around when Flodden's on. Even more sensible people try all four, though not at the same time. Don't let them suck you into their vortex of cringing mediocrity.
3. More photos of Hutton and surrounds please.
4. Less of Paxton Hoose. Boring and expensive and a tribute to years of toil by servants earning nowt.
5. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
Best and this from a (originally) 'streamer! Sir, I will do my best. In the meanwhile please accept photos of the Hebrids instead of Hutton. I have to say I have extensively photographed all Hutton-and all is not much-in previous rants. But to fresh fields and postures new as the rural floosies used to have it.
