Fishwick Special Branch are investigating a report that at the request of the US Consulate in Edinburgh terrorist suspects held in Hutton have been sent 'extraordinarly renditionally' to Paxton for possible torture by the regime there. It seems likely that this allegation is in fact a mistranslation of a recent news item carried by Al Jazeera.
