Yet another visit from a senior shrink. More adjustments in medication-merely rearranging deckchairs on the Titanic.
Woke to black ice on our garden path which I first noticed doing a spectacukar tumble. THe wife has used table salt container to clear the path.
I have just bought a gillet to keep me warm on the driving range but it is just too icy to go there for the moment

More ShrinkageToday the head shrink called and we agreed a framework for me to work back towards normality-eg more golf and more independence generally. This is going to take time and considerable effort as I will have to do more of the household chores than is the case at present where the wife pretty well does everything.Watch this space,
It looks like snow today and we had a hard frost last night. This time last year we were snowbound and had been for some time. Lovely sunny start to the day but it is now clouded over and very cold

ShrunkToday my senior shrink called to see me.She is the one who decides on the large collection of pills now clinking around my inside. We agreed after 40 minutes or so to slightly reduce the dosage to see if this makes any difference. I doubt it will. What is needed is a massive shake up and at least abandoning one pill completELY which will
make me feel less chemically coshed than is the case at present, But shrinks lay great
emphasis on the little horrors ans abandon
