Shrunk
Today my senior shrink called to see me.She is the one who decides on the large collection of pills now clinking around my inside. We agreed after 40 minutes or so to slightly reduce the dosage to see if this makes any difference. I doubt it will. What is needed is a massive shake up and at least abandoning one pill completELY which will
make me feel less chemically coshed than is the case at present, But shrinks lay great
emphasis on the little horrors ans abandon

If we're talking depression drugs, and if you've been on them longer than a few months, just blimming well come off the one you don't like. Read up on the forums about the side effects of coming off, hole up in with plenty of treats home comforts and someone to look after you, and come off them as quickly as you dare. (Speaking as the partner of one who has tried all sorts of approaches, not a medical professional!)
